Invent the snack name
Use a made-up name like Happy Crunch, Cloud Chips, or Snack Buddy.
Change the colors
Do not copy the exact color blocks, mascot, logo, or package layout of a real snack.
Use generic icons
Stars, stripes, happy faces, and simple chip shapes are safer than protected characters.
Keep text large
Tiny package text becomes messy after tape and stuffing, so use a bold title and simple labels.
Shape That Seals Well
- Start with a flat rectangle or soft pillow shape before trying a gusseted 3D bag.
- Leave the top edge open for stuffing because it is easier to close than a corner.
- Use less stuffing near the top so the package can seal flat.
- Patch each top corner with a separate short tape strip.
