If you submit a template request, we store the idea, category, optional details, language, source page, and submission time. The form does not ask for your name, email address, payment information, or account password.
We use analytics to understand how the site is used and improve templates and guides. We use template requests to plan new printable materials. Do not submit sensitive, financial, medical, or personally identifying information in a template request.
We use trusted third-party services for hosting, analytics, advertising, and form processing. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.
Template-request records are deleted after they are successfully included in the site’s internal request digest. They may remain temporarily when a delivery fails. You can manage cookies and ad preferences in your browser or through the relevant provider settings.
