Assembly overview

  1. Print both sheets; cut 3 pieces. Print COLOR or COLORING sheets 1 and 2 at 100% / Actual Size. Never Fit to Page. Check both 50 mm squares. Cut A, B and C once each; keep every tab. Color before assembly.
  2. Pre-fold; reverse-fold the top fins. Use paper, scissors, glue, clear tape and soft tissue; adult help for cutting. Fold walls, roof hinges and tabs toward the white side. Reverse-fold the two top fins so they stand upright when the roof closes. Keep glue areas free of tape.
  3. Join A + B into a four-wall tube. Glue all 8 mm of J1 behind B's straight left edge. Then glue J2 behind A's left edge. Align the top and bottom edges. The tube has four walls: 72, 36, 72 and 36 mm. Leave both roof flaps open.
  4. Attach the matching base C. Fold C's four tabs upward. Insert from below: blank cream face outside, tabs inside. Reach through the open top to press the tabs against all four walls. Keep the base level with the bottom edge; let dry.
  5. Fill through the open top. Keep the roof flaps spread open. Add small loose pieces of soft tissue through the top. Stop below the roof fold so the roof can close. Do not pack tightly. No new cut or filling hole is needed.
  6. Close the back roof first. Fold all four gable tabs inward and test the roof fit without glue. Glue A2 + B1 under the back roof. Press gently from outside, supporting each gable. Leave A1 + B2 available for the front roof.
  7. Close the front roof next. Glue the front roof to A1 + B2. Press the two sloping seams from outside. Bring the two top fins upright, white sides together. The triangular side ends stay flat; do not fold them into the carton.
  8. Seal ALL roof seams with tape. Required: seal all FOUR 32.45 mm sloping roof seams with overlapping short pieces of clear tape, including both ends. The two triangle diagrams mark all four seams. Then tape over the full 72 mm ridge, joining both fins. Let glue dry before squeezing.
