What you'll need

• Choose A4 or US Letter and color or coloring. Print BOTH template sheets, single-sided at 100% / Actual Size. Turn off Fit to Page and measure the 50 mm line. Color before cutting. Use scissors, paper glue, clear tape and soft filling. Cut A, B, W1 and W2. Transfer alignment numbers 0, 1, 2 and 3 to the white backs before cutting.

Assembly overview

1. Choose A4 or US Letter and color or coloring. Print BOTH template sheets, single-sided at 100% / Actual Size. Turn off Fit to Page and measure the 50 mm line. Color before cutting. Use scissors, paper glue, clear tape and soft filling. Cut A, B, W1 and W2. Transfer alignment numbers 0, 1, 2 and 3 to the white backs before cutting. At number 2, put glue on the PRINTED face of W1's 8 mm J. Cover it with the WHITE back of W2, exactly to the stop line. Keep both printed wall faces pointing the same way. Leave W2's J free for the second join. Before gluing at 2, bend W1's J inward about 67 degrees to follow the top notch. Shape W2 along the other side of the notch, then glue its white back over J. Keep station 0 gently curved.
2. Curve the joined strip to match B, print outside. At 0, slide W2's J INSIDE and under the start of W1. Glue the PRINTED J to W1's WHITE back with 8 mm overlap. Press from both sides. Both J tabs stay inside. W1 follows 0-1-2; W2 follows 2-3-0. Check all four marks and the whole outline. Neither J adds to the usable wall length. Before gluing at 2, bend W1's J inward about 67 degrees to follow the top notch. Shape W2 along the other side of the notch, then glue its white back over J. Keep station 0 gently curved.
3. Place B printed side DOWN and fit the ring onto its edge, matching 0, 1, 2 and 3. B's white side is inside; the full A opening faces up. Turn the empty shell to reach the back seam. Tape the entire B perimeter before filling. Bridge each outside corner with clear tape: one half on the panel, the other half on the wall. Around tight curves use narrower pieces. Slit only the FREE half of the tape, then bend it onto the panel. Do not cut the paper shell.
4. Keep B down. Add a little loose filling below the rim; keep the edge clean. Lower A printed side UP, align all four numbers and tape the entire outside corner. Do not push A into the body. Check both J joins and all A/B seams. Press gently; remove some filling if a seam opens. Food details and faces are printed artwork; no extra decoration pieces are required.
