Eight folded panels form a faceted pumpkin, 96 mm wide and 92 mm tall with its doubled flat stem. No carved face.

Assembly overview

  1. Eleven pieces. G1–G8 are eight body panels. T is the top, B the bottom; both are octagons. S makes a flat double-layer paper stem. No carved face.
  2. Check and cut. Measure every template’s 50 mm line. Color first if needed. Cut 11 outer contours; keep every hatched tab. Both sheets are required.
  3. Fold the panels. Keep each G label at the top. Fold the four horizontal dashed lines to round the body; fold right-hand tabs inward. Do not cut these fold lines.
  4. Join G1 to G2. Put glue on G1’s printed right-hand tabs. Place G2’s blank left edge over them, up to the fold roots. Match all four horizontal folds; overlap 5 mm.
  5. Add G3 through G8. Repeat in number order, print outside. Align top and bottom at every join. Let each seam grip. Leave G8’s right tabs free; do not join them yet.
  6. Close the body. Curve the chain into a ring. Glue G8’s right tabs beneath G1’s left edge. Align every fold. Press through the open top and bottom; dry before filling.
  7. Attach bottom B. Match B’s eight edges to the lower opening, print outside. Tape the full rim from outside with 6–8 mm wide short pieces, half on B and half on the body.
  8. Fill from the top. Turn B down. Feed small loose tufts through the open top. Spread gently around the body; keep the top rim clear and do not pack tightly.
  9. Close top T. Place T print up over the top opening; match all eight edges. Tape the full rim from outside with short overlapping pieces. Press from outside.
  10. Fold stem S. Fold S in half at 22 mm, blank faces together; glue the two 22 mm sections. Fold the remaining 6 mm foot outward at 44 mm. Keep the foot free.
  11. Attach the stem. Glue the hatched PRINTED face of the 6 mm foot to the center of T. Hold upright and let dry. The stem is a flat double layer, not a hollow tube.
  12. Finished pumpkin. Body: 96 mm across the widest vertices, 70 mm high; 92 mm high with stem. Eight faceted panels approximate a round pumpkin. Press gently; no slow-rise promise.
