One sausage with tapered ends, 174 mm long and up to Ø36 mm. No bun or skewer; the paper model is not food.

Assembly overview

  1. Five pieces. W makes the tube. A and B taper its ends; C and D are the small round caps. No bun, skewer or separate filling piece.
  2. Check and cut. Check the 50 mm line on each template. Color first if needed. Cut W, A, B, C and D on the outer solid lines; keep all JOIN tabs.
  3. Curve W. Curve the 113.10 mm direction into a circle, print outside. The 150 mm direction stays straight. Do not crease W or its JOIN limit.
  4. Close W. Glue the printed 8 mm JOIN face. Place the opposite long edge over it to the dashed limit. Press from inside; let dry.
  5. Shape A and B. Curve A and B separately, print out. On each part, glue J’s printed face (edge 1). Bring edge 2 over J to its dashed root: 5 mm overlap, do not fold. Large rim Ø36, small rim Ø12. Let dry.
  6. Join A to W. Match A’s LARGE rim to one end of W. Small end points out. Use short 6–8 mm wide tape pieces outside, half on A and half on W; seal all around.
  7. Cap A with C. Lay C on A’s small Ø12 opening, print out. Tape its whole rim from outside with short overlapping pieces. Keep W’s other large opening free.
  8. Fill through W. Put in small loose tufts through W’s Ø36 opening. Move a little toward A. Do not pack tightly or block the rim.
  9. Attach B. Place B’s LARGE rim against W’s open rim, small end out. Tape the whole Ø36 seam outside. Keep B’s Ø12 tip open for the final cap.
  10. Close with D. Place D print out over B’s small opening. Seal the full rim with short tape pieces, half on D and half on B. Press from outside.
  11. Check the seams. Inspect W’s long join and all four circular seams. Bridge gaps with short tape pieces. Keep filling inside; allow glue to dry completely.
  12. Finished sausage. 174 mm long, Ø36 mm maximum. The two tapered ends are part of the sausage. Press gently. This paper craft is not food; slow rise is not promised.
