Segmented Chocolate Bar Paper Squishy

Assembly overview

1. Print two sheets; keep every tab. Print BOTH color OR BOTH coloring sheets at 100% / Actual Size. Check both 50 mm squares. Before cutting, pencil ticks on W1/W2 below the brown bracket ends. Cut four complete outlines; KEEP every attached tab. Leave tabs white when coloring. Nine blocks are printed decoration.
2. Fold tabs in; gently curve corners. Fold both tab rows inward 90 degrees along their horizontal dashed roots. Broad tabs are 6 mm. In EACH row, every corner has one blunt tab, 3 mm deep. Gently curve the four bracket zones between the pencil ticks; do not crease the walls. The vertical dashed end line marks an 8 mm join, not a corner fold.
3. Glue the two end joins. Glue each 8 mm end join behind the start of the other strip. Keep cocoa outside and align the long edges. Do not trap the F/B tabs in these joins. Net ring: 333.133 mm; wall depth: 20 mm. Let the joins set.
4. Glue F to the front tabs. Lay F print-side DOWN. Spread a thin layer of paper glue on the panel-facing surfaces of ALL F tabs, including corner tabs. Lower the F rim onto F, aligning the outline. Through the open back, press each tab onto F. Keep B off and let the glue set.
5. Fill through the whole open back. With F underneath and the whole B side still OPEN, add a little loose soft tissue. Spread lightly; keep tissue off all B glue surfaces. Support the area under the tabs without bulging the bar. Keep B off until filling is complete.
6. Glue B onto all back tabs. Check B tabs point inward and lie flat. Apply thin paper glue to ALL B tabs, including corner tabs. Place B print-side OUT, align its outline and gently press around the perimeter. Keep the bar flat while the glue sets. Do not push the panel into the filling.
7. Reinforce both complete edges. Use 15 mm-wide clear tape around BOTH panel perimeters. Center it over each seam with at least 6 mm stuck to the panel AND wall. Overlap straight pieces by 2 mm. Around each R4 corner, fan short 3-4 mm-long pieces with at least 1 mm overlaps. Leave no gaps; green shows tape.
8. Let dry; check every seam. Let the glue dry fully before gently pressing. Check all panel edges, four corners and both end joins for lifting; repair any opening before use. One shallow bar, nine printed blocks and one central face. Blocks do not detach. Materials: paper, scissors, pencil, ruler, paper glue, clear tape and soft tissue.
