Assembly overview

1. Print and check. Print all 3 template pages at 100%, without Fit to Page. The bar must measure 50 mm. Use 140–160 gsm paper, scissors, thin craft glue and soft tissue. Color before cutting.
2. Keep three groups. Cut 12 parts: AT, AB, A1, A2; BT, BB, B1, B2; CT, CB, C1, C2. A and B are biscuits; C is cream. Cut only the outside outlines. The flower is printed decoration.
3. Curve and crease. Gently curve A1 and A2 with the printed side outside. Fold their small rim tabs inward along the dashed lines. J stays curved with the wall: do not make a sharp corner.
4. Join two half walls. Put thin glue on the printed side of A1 J. Slide it UNDER the blank back of A2 at its plain starting edge. Stop at the blue JOIN line: 8 mm overlap. Press flat and dry.
5. Close the ring. Curve the long strip into a ring. Glue A2 J under the plain start of A1, again to the JOIN line. Both seams overlap 8 mm. The two net lengths make one 90 mm diameter ring.
6. Attach the lower face. Fold the lower tabs inward. Put glue on their outward-facing printed surfaces. Lay the blank back of AB against them from below; pink side faces out. Press from the open top.
7. Leave the O opening. Place AT with the flower facing out. Glue it to the upper tabs, except the four O tabs on A2. Keep that short arc free so the edge can lift for filling. Do not cut a slit.
8. Fill lightly. Lift only the unglued edge above O. Add small, flat pieces of soft tissue through this gap. Keep both faces flat and the edge at 12 mm high. Too much filling makes stacking unstable.
9. Close the last arc. Apply a thin film of glue to the printed side of the four O tabs. Lower AT onto them. Press the rim gently and let it dry; a short piece of clear tape may secure the final edge.
10. Build B and C. Repeat steps 3–9 with B, then C. Each needs both numbered wall strips and both circular faces. B is 90 x 12 mm; C is 82 x 10 mm. Fill C lightly to keep its faces flat.
11. Stack without glue. Turn finished B so its flower faces DOWN and plain pink BB faces up. Set C on B, then A with its flower up. Do not glue the three finished pieces together. Total height: about 34 mm.
12. Separate and play. Lift A, C and B apart, then restack on a flat surface. The three loose pieces are designed to separate; they do not lock together when tilted. Press gently; the floral relief is printed.
