English assembly guide 3 / 3

Follow all eight steps. Start with the four-group inventory page. Keep S, P and O walls separate; follow each front map, glue and tape the front and both wall joins, fill through the whole open back, then attach and tape B. Glue RA/RB flat together without filling.

Assembly overview

  1. Print, mark and cut. Print all 3 color OR all 3 coloring pages at 100% / Actual Size, without Fit to Page. Measure each 50 mm square. Use 100–120 gsm paper. Copy each part code and 1/2 marks onto its blank back, then cut the 14 outer outlines. Keep all tabs; thin inner lines are artwork.
  2. Make the flat toothbrush. Glue RA and RB with their blank backs together. Match the broad head and handle all around; press flat until dry. Wrap short clear-tape pieces around the full edge, bridging both sides. Do not cut individual bristles, add filling, or fold the handle. It is a flat two-layer paper brush.
  3. Group and pre-fold the walls. Keep each letter group separate: SW1/SW2 with SF/SB, PW1/PW2 with PF/PB, OW1/OW2 with OF/OB. Fold small F and B tabs inward about 90 degrees at dashed roots. Curve the wall bodies, including the bottle shoulders. Test each 8 mm overlap behind the next strip, up to the dotted JOIN line. Leave the loop open.
  4. Follow each front contour. The three maps show the printed fronts. Glue F-side tabs under the blank back of F, a few at a time. W1 follows the right edge from 1 at the top to 2 at the bottom. W2 returns along the left edge from 2 to 1. Glue W1 behind W2 at 2 and W2 behind W1 at 1. Repeat separately for S, P and O.
  5. Tape each complete front edge. Keep the F picture facing out. Use short overlapping clear-tape pieces around the ENTIRE front seam, bridging F onto the wall. Use smaller tape pieces at shoulders and corners. Seal both wall joins across the full depth: S 22 mm, P 16 mm, O 18 mm. Keep all three backs open.
  6. Fill the three open backs. Place each shell front down. Add loose soft tissue through the whole open back; gently guide a little into the shoulders and cap area. Stop below the B tabs and keep glue areas clear. Do not stretch the sides or dome the faces. The toothbrush gets no filling.
  7. Attach and seal each back. Use the matching B: SB, PB or OB. Keep its printed side out and align marks 1 and 2. Put a thin layer of glue on the B tabs, lay B on top, and press around the edge in sections. Then bridge the ENTIRE back seam with overlapping clear tape, including both junctions with the wall joins.
  8. Check the four-piece set. Check the complete front and back seams and both wall joins on every filled body. Leave the glue to dry, then squeeze gently. Caps, crimp lines, bubbles and bristles are printed decoration: do not cut or crease them. All three filled bodies stay closed. This dry paper play set holds no toiletries or liquid.
