Assembly overview

  1. Cut the solid outer outlines; copy part codes and alignment marks onto the white backs first. A / front B / reverse Also keep U + C + D. Build the upper stick BEFORE closing A. Face disks enlarged for identification. Reduced wall previews - different scale from disks above.
  2. W1 carries 1 > 2 > 3. W2 carries 3 > 4 > 1. The small J flaps add overlap, not perimeter. A / B tabs | J = 8 mm overlap W1 end J1 goes UNDER start 3 of W2. A / B tabs | J = 8 mm overlap W2 end J2 goes UNDER start 1 of W1. Top view: both ends remain open Corner notches and tab-free zones above are copied from the cutting geometry. Keep them empty; do not add extra tabs.
  3. The printed B outline is mirrored. Flip B left-to-right; its white back then matches the wall opening. A: printed face UP B: printed face visible B: white back UP UPPER TABS The white back of A rests on the upper tabs. Match all four marks before pressing. TURN OVER Copy the numbers to the back before cutting. Do not rotate B to force the edges to fit. LOWER TABS B stays printed side DOWN on the table. Lower tabs touch its white back.
  4. Glue on the printed J flap; the white back of the next wall covers it up to the dashed stop line. FIRST JOIN: W1 J underneath W2 8 mm overlap Section: colours identify layers; thickness enlarged Glue on printed J. White back of W2 covers J. Folded shell: actual corner gaps Second join: W2 J2 underneath W1 start 1. Joined flat: W1 + W2; final J2 still free. J1 = wall mark 3. J2 = wall mark 1. Both cap openings stay accessible while these two joints set.
  5. Fold BOTH rows inward. Glue the printed undersides of the lower tabs onto the white back of B. 1 / Attach B below B printed face DOWN Match 1-4. Keep the A opening clear for pressing. Enlarged section inside B: printed face DOWN 2 / Reach through A with a blunt tool. Press every lower tab while supporting B from beneath. Let dry. 3 / Fill lightly Leave the upper 5 mm and all top tabs clear. Do not pack tightly. Cutaway view only - do not cut the wall.
  6. Keep the main shoulder A loose. U is a separate narrow cylinder, with its own single 8 mm J lap. 1 / Roll U and close J C / D tabs | J = 8 mm overlap Printed side out. Fold both tab rows inward. 2 / Attach D below D printed side DOWN Glue the lower tab undersides onto the white back of D. 3 / Press through open C C OPEN Support D underneath. Reach through C with a blunt tool and press each lower tab. Let dry. Cutaway view only - do not cut the wall.
  7. Finish this subassembly while A is still loose. It replaces the plain A cap in the next body-closing step. 4 / Fill lightly Leave the rim clear. Glue upper tabs, then lower C printed side UP onto them. 5 / Close C; tape C and D Tape both outer rims. On D, keep tape within 2 mm of the edge so its paper centre stays exposed. 6 / Glue D centre onto A Glue only the exposed central paper of D to the centre ring on A. Press from A's white back. Let set before closing the body. CLOSED U + C + D > attach to LOOSE A > close the main body with A
  8. A rests ON the inward tabs. After A is attached, all remaining seam sealing is done from outside. Align all four marks Glue the upper tab faces, lower A onto them, and press gently around the rim. Enlarged section A: printed face UP glue on tabs Blue = clear tape crossing the OUTER seam. Keep the cap outside the walls. Clear tape crosses the outer seam onto BOTH surfaces. Check both rims and both J seams. Follow the next two detail pages before use. Use the completed U/C/D + A assembly from the previous page.
  9. Pale blue means clear tape. Every tape piece bridges the seam and contacts both mating surfaces. A / entire upper rim B / entire lower rim Turn the body over after A sets. Inspect the B perimeter from underneath. Cover every tab-free corner as well as the straight edges. J1 AND J2 / outside J1 at mark 3 J2 at mark 1 Run tape along each full vertical joint, across both wall faces.
  10. Do not fill a designed notch with an invented tab. Exterior tape closes these small tab-free sections. Actual tab pattern / top view Enlarged cut geometry On a curved wall, use the separate narrow tabs exactly as cut. The small gaps let them turn without buckling. Tape sequence / enlarged Use short overlapping pieces around the curve. Press each piece onto the cap, then fold its free half down onto the wall. Repeat on B. No inside access is needed. Outer rim / enlarged local detail 1-5: overlapping pieces already folded onto the wall. 6: fold the free half down; keep the overlap.

What should I print?

How do the pieces join?

W1 carries 1 > 2 > 3. W2 carries 3 > 4 > 1. The small J flaps add overlap, not perimeter. W1 end J1 goes UNDER start 3 of W2. W2 end J2 goes UNDER start 1 of W1. Fold BOTH rows inward.
