Assembly overview

  1. Choose A4 or US Letter and print BOTH template pages, single-sided at 100% / Actual Size. Disable Fit to Page; measure the 50 mm line. Color before cutting. Cut A, B, W1 and W2 on their solid outlines. Copy 0 / 1 / 2 / 3 onto the WHITE backs before cutting. Use paper glue, clear tape, scissors and soft filling.
  2. Dry-fit BOTH W1 and W2 around B. Follow every curve. Glue the PRINTED W1 J under the WHITE start of W2 at mark 2, up to the dashed stop. Then glue W2 J under the WHITE start of W1 at mark 0. Each J overlaps 8 mm; it is extra to the usable perimeter. One pair makes ONE body.
  3. Lay B PRINTED side down. Match the numbers after flipping B and set the wall loop onto its edge. Use small clear-tape pieces to bridge the OUTSIDE corner: about 5 mm on the wall and 5 mm on B. Slit only the free half of the tape at tight curves; never cut the panel. Turn the empty shell to press all seams. Finish the entire B perimeter before filling.
  4. Keep B down and the whole A opening facing upward. Add loose soft filling below the rim. Keep the edge clean. Place A PRINTED side up, match 0 / 1 / 2 / 3 and tape the full outside perimeter as before. Do not push A into the shell or stretch a wall. If a seam pulls open, remove some filling and re-tape. Faces and surface patterns are printed details.
