4 pieces: front F, mirrored back B and walls W1/W2. Body: 96 mm diameter × 22 mm thick. The eight segments on each face are printed artwork.

English assembly guide 1 / 2

Follow all eight steps. Attach W1 from 1 to 2 along the right side of F, then W2 from 2 to 1 along the left. Place each 8 mm overlap behind the next strip. Leave the four marked back tabs open for light filling, then close and tape both full face seams and both wall joins.

English assembly guide 2 / 2

Follow all eight steps. Attach W1 from 1 to 2 along the right side of F, then W2 from 2 to 1 along the left. Place each 8 mm overlap behind the next strip. Leave the four marked back tabs open for light filling, then close and tape both full face seams and both wall joins.

Assembly overview

  1. Print and cut four pieces. Print BOTH color OR BOTH coloring pages at 100% / Actual Size. Do not Fit to Page. Check every 50 mm square. Use 80-120 gsm paper. Color first. Transfer numbers to the blank backs, then cut F, B, W1 and W2 on their outer outlines only. Keep all tabs. Thin inner details are artwork, not cuts.
  2. Fold tabs; test 8 mm overlaps. Fold the small 5 mm tabs inward about 90 degrees along their dashed roots. Curve the wall bodies smoothly; do not crease color or fruit-segment lines. Each strip has 150.80 mm of body plus 8 mm of overlap. Dry-fit each overlap BEHIND the next strip; its starting edge meets the dotted JOIN line. Do not close the loop yet.
  3. Follow F: W1, then W2. The map shows the printed side of F. Glue F-side tabs under its blank back, a few at a time. Start W1 at 1 and follow the right-hand contour to 2. Continue W2 from 2 along the left-hand contour to 1. Join W1 behind W2 at 2, then W2 behind W1 at 1, using the 8 mm overlaps.
  4. Tape the front and wall joins. Keep the F artwork facing out. Cover the ENTIRE front perimeter with short overlapping pieces of clear tape, bridging from F onto the wall. Use shorter pieces on tighter curves. Tape both vertical wall joins across their full 22 mm depth. The rear side stays open for B.
  5. Fit B; leave four tabs open. Turn the shell over. Match mirrored B to numbers 1 and 2 with its printed side outward. Glue it to the B-side tabs EXCEPT the four marked ! on W2. The marked FILL arc on B shows this accessible lower-side seam. Leave it open; do not cut a separate hole.
  6. Add light filling. Feed small loose pieces of soft tissue through the open ! seam. Spread them gently around the body. Keep the shallow shape and stop before the faces bulge or the wall joins pull apart. Keep filling away from the four loose tabs; do not pack tightly.
  7. Close and seal the back. Move tissue away from the opening. Glue the four ! tabs under B and press closed. Cover the ENTIRE back perimeter with short overlapping tape, including the former opening. Tape must bridge face to wall, as the side section shows. Patch any gap where the rim tape meets a wall join.
  8. Finish and check. Check both full perimeter seams and the two wall joins. Gently smooth the body, let glue dry, then squeeze lightly. Both flat faces show eight printed orange segments; do not cut them apart. The side wall is peel, not another fruit slice.

FAQ

Should I cut or fold the eight orange segments?

No. Cut only the outer outlines of F, B, W1 and W2. The eight segments are printed on each flat face; the side wall represents peel. Fold only the dashed tab roots, curve the two walls smoothly and match numbers 1 and 2.

Which files should I print?

Choose color OR coloring and A4 OR US Letter. Print all 2 cutting files (01, 02) at 100% / Actual Size, without Fit to Page. Measure each 50 mm square. Read both English guide pages. Each PDF contains one page. The complete ZIP has 35 files and includes all three guide languages.
