What you'll need

Assembly overview

1. Choose A4 or US Letter. Print single-sided at 100% / Actual size. Turn OFF Fit to page. Measure the 50 mm test line. Use 100-120 gsm paper. Scissors, paper glue, a ruler, short pieces of clear tape and a little loose tissue for filling. Colour the colouring version before cutting. Write each part code on its white back before separating the pieces. Solid outer line: cut. Green J: glue its printed face and cover with the opposite edge. Its dashed limit is NOT a fold. Fold only the dashed lines on square straw/hose parts; curl round walls smoothly. Pale green on a white contact face in a step image highlights glue, not an extra part.
2. All pieces below use the same 55% scale. Keep every J overlap attached. Cut from the template PDF.
3. Write W on its white back. Gently curl the whole wall, without adding vertical creases. Spread a thin layer of paper glue on the printed green J zone. Bring the opposite straight edge OVER J, exactly to its dashed limit. J stays inside. Press with a finger inside and another outside, while both ends remain open; let dry. A dashed JOIN limit is not a fold.
4. Place B printed side down on the table. Centre the lower edge of W on its white back; the disc edge and wall rim meet. Attach short 6-8 mm-wide clear tape pieces outside, half on B and half on W. Turn the assembly over and finish the entire rim with neighbouring pieces overlapping. Return it upright. The top stays open. There are no hidden bottom tabs or extra support rings.
5. Use a little soft tissue or clean loose filling; do not pack it tightly. Keep filling clear of the rim so T sits flat without force. Set T printed face up on the matching W top edge. Tape the full outside perimeter with short overlapping pieces. T is a flat disc with no extra tabs or vertical skirt. Let all glue dry before testing a gentle press.
6. Write R on its white back. Identify the four-foot end and the opposite single-cap end before folding; the flat net may be rotated. Cut the three 5 mm slits between the four feet. Fold the long panel lines into a square tube. Glue printed J inside the opposite wall and let dry. Fold the single square cap over its opening and tape its three free edges. Fold all four feet outward. Rotate the finished straw so these feet point down onto T; the closed cap points up.
7. The top T is solid: do not cut a hole. Turn R enough to reach the white underside of each foot and apply a little paper glue. Centre the straw on T, feet spread outward, printed side up. Press the feet onto T and bridge each outer foot edge with a short clear tape piece. Keep the straw upright while the glue dries. It is a decorative closed paper straw.
8. Glue the white backs of Fa and Fb together, with both printed sides facing out. Align their edges and let dry. Apply a little glue to the lower third of one printed side; gently curve only that contact area to fit W upper outside wall, on the right of the face. Press there while supporting the cup wall, and add a short clear tape bridge over the contact edge. The upper wheel remains free. No slot is cut through the cup.
9. Follow each seam all the way around. Add short overlapping clear tape wherever an edge lifts; every tape piece must touch both adjoining paper surfaces. Keep filling inside. Let glue dry completely. Start with a gentle press, away from small accessories. If the body is too firm, reopen a short section of its main closure and remove a little filling before resealing.
