Assembly overview

  1. Choose A4 or US Letter and print every sheet of either color or coloring templates, single-sided at 100%. Disable Fit to Page; check the 50 mm line. Color before cutting. Use scissors, paper glue, clear tape, soft filling and a blunt pressing tool. Cut solid outer lines; fold dashed lines. Printed decorations stay on the paper. Copy codes and marks 1-8 to the white backs. Copy all codes and eight edge marks to the WHITE backs. Pair only matching a/b pieces, WHITE backs together. Single pieces stay single. A is the front; turn mirrored B print-down for the bottom.
  2. Copy all codes and eight edge marks to the WHITE backs. Pair only matching a/b pieces, WHITE backs together. Single pieces stay single. A is the front; turn mirrored B print-down for the bottom.
  3. Print outward, white backs inward. Glue the printed face of each J: first cover J1 with the white back of S2 start; then cover J2 with S1 start. Stop at the dashed root. Each overlap is 7 mm, excluded from net wall length. Curve to the actual contour and match marks 1-8. Both ends remain open.
  4. Dry-fit B against marks 1-8. Fold only the lower tabs inward. Glue their undersides onto the white back of B below. Support B on the table and press every lower tab through the open top. The interior floor stays white; A remains absent. Let dry before filling.
  5. Add a little loose tissue, keeping the rim and tab contact areas clear. Fold upper tabs inward at dashed roots. Dry-fit A, glue exposed upper tab faces, lower A onto them and press around the rim. Its white underside contacts glue; the printed face stays outside. Let dry.
  6. Each clear tape piece must touch both face and outside wall: press half onto the face, then fold the other half onto the wall. Overlap neighbours without gaps. Use shorter pieces at tight curves and follow recesses without bridging them. Complete the FULL A rim, turn over and complete the FULL B rim.
  7. Glue the WHITE back of b, then lower the WHITE underside of a onto it. Pale green indicates glue. Align all cut edges and press flat; let dry. Repeat for every matching a/b pair in the inventory. Each completed pair has exactly two layers, print outward. Single pieces stay single. Do not stuff or add folds.
  8. Dry-fit before gluing. Match the actual piece codes, quantity and placement shown. Use the specific glue areas described below; keep any free ends flat. Printed decorations are not extra cut pieces. E1/E2 are paired ears: glue only the upper 7 mm to upper front A; leave the lower ears free. P1/P2 are upper paws, P3/P4 lower paws: glue each entire WHITE back onto A. Four paws stay single. The circle printed on B is the tail, not another cut piece.
