The seven color bands are printed on one joined body, not seven separate rings. Fill lightly and keep the center open.

Assembly overview

  1. Seven pieces. F and B are the two faces. O1 + O2 make ONE outer arch. R and L are the feet; I is the inner arch. The seven colors are printed.
  2. Check the scale. Use A4 or Letter files for your paper. The line at the bottom of each template sheet must measure 50 mm. Finished size: 160 × 80 × 24 mm.
  3. Cut and pre-curve. Color first if needed. Cut all seven outer contours. Curve O1/O2 outward and I inward. Do not cut along the color bands.
  4. Join the outer wall. Glue the printed face of J1 on O1. Lay the straight start of O2 over it up to the dashed limit: 8 mm overlap. Press flat and dry.
  5. Join the remaining walls. Repeat: O2/J2 under R, R/J3 under I, I/J4 under L. All five strips form one chain. Printed surfaces face out.
  6. Close the arch wall. Shape the chain around F. Put L/J5 under the start of O1 with 8 mm overlap. Fold the four foot corners at J2–J5. Keep J1 smoothly curved.
  7. Attach face F. Lay F print down. Place the wall on its blank back. Match the feet and inner arch. Short clear tape bridges the OUTSIDE of wall and printed F.
  8. Tape the inner arch. Turn carefully. Seal the whole F rim, including both feet and inner curve, with 6–8 mm wide tape pieces. Half on wall, half on F; overlap pieces slightly.
  9. Fill lightly. Return F face down. Add small loose tufts through the open back. Keep the inner arch clear and the feet flat. Do not pack tightly.
  10. Place face B. Set B print up on the open wall. Match the whole outline to F. Tack the crown and feet with short tape pieces across the outside seam.
  11. Close the back rim. Tape the entire B rim, including the inner arch and feet. Press from outside. Check every seam; do not cover the arch opening with tape.
  12. Let dry and shape. Let glue dry fully. Stand gently on both feet or hold in your hand. Press lightly; the color bands stay attached. No slow-rise behavior is promised.
