Assembly overview

1. Print 3 sheets. Choose A4 or US Letter to match your paper. Print one color OR coloring set at 100% / actual size, one-sided. Turn off fit-to-page. Check the 50 mm line with a ruler. Color before cutting.
2. Cut 8 pieces. Cut A, B, H, F, M1, M2, P1 and P2 on the dark outer lines. Keep every tab. The pale inset borders and patterns are decoration; do not cut them. Score only the dashed lines on the card pieces.
3. Fold the platform. Fold the four walls of A down at right angles. Fold the four corner tabs inward and glue each tab behind the adjacent wall. Press the joints from the still-open underside and let them dry.
4. Close the bottom. Turn A upside down. Place the 150 × 80 mm panel B over its open underside, matching all four edges. Use short clear-tape strips across each outside seam. The platform stays hollow; do not stuff it.
5. Double the head and foot boards. Fold H in half at its middle dashed line, with the printed faces outside. Glue the two tall layers together but leave both 8 mm end strips free. Fold these strips together to one side to make an L-shaped foot. Repeat with shorter F.
6. Attach the boards. Glue the 8 mm foot of H onto the TOP of A at one short end. Its upright panel faces the bed and its foot points inward. Attach F at the other short end in the same way. Hold square and let dry before adding bedding.
7. Tape each bedding pair. Place M1 and M2 blank sides together, print outward. Tape their matching edges with short strips, leaving a 25 mm gap at one short edge. Repeat with P1 and P2, leaving a small 15 mm gap. These are two-sheet pouches, without separate side walls.
8. Lightly fill and arrange. Feed small loose tissue pieces through each opening. Keep the mattress and pillow shallow so their edges still meet; do not pack tightly. Seal both gaps with clear tape. Place the removable mattress and pillow on the bed without gluing them down.
