Assembly overview

  1. 80–100 gsm paper, scissors, clear tape and a little soft filling. Print one size at 100%. Copy part letters to the back before cutting. Measure the 50 mm line before cutting. Use either the color or coloring sheets, not both. Cut solid outlines. Fold dashed lines only. Optional: cover the printed side with clear tape before cutting. Edges meet; do not overlap. Bridge each seam with clear tape on the outside. Use short pieces around curves and corners.
  2. Cut all five pieces. Cut out the inner circles in T and B; these are real holes. Gently curve W1, W2 and I. Do not crease the curved walls.
  3. Join the short ends of W1 and W2 edge to edge, then close their second seam. The caramel edge marked T stays at the top. Roll I into a separate loop, with its printed side facing into the hole. Tape its seam.
  4. Fit B below both loops, printed side down. Tape B to the outer wall all around from underneath. Then tape B to I around the inner hole. Keep the central hole open.
  5. Fill only the ring-shaped space between I and W1/W2. Keep the top open and the central hole empty. Do not push the walls out of shape.
  6. Lower T onto both wall rims, caramel side up. Align the outer and inner edges together before fixing any tape. Add four short holding pieces around the outer rim.
  7. Finish taping the full outer top seam. Reach through the hole and tape the full T-to-I seam with short pieces. Check both bottom seams too. The hole must stay open from top to bottom.
