Use these notes to make the printable actually work in real life, not just look good in a search result.

Print the slice and color the rind, flesh, and seeds before taping.
Start with a simple outline, print at 100% scale, and keep the design inside the safe page margins.

Cut the triangle first, then trim the curved rind edge more slowly.
Color while the paper is still flat. Large marker areas are easier to smooth before tape is added.

Tape the front and back with short strips along the curved edge.
Cover both sides with overlapping strips of clear tape so the paper resists tearing and smudging.

Use a small amount of stuffing so the slice stays flat enough to recognize.
Use small pieces of tissue, clean grocery bag, or soft scrap paper. Too much stuffing makes seams pop.
Print and Assembly Checks
- Print the PDF first if you only need a quick home copy; use the SVG when you want to edit or scale the art.
- Keep scale at 100% so the front and back pieces still align after cutting.
- Use short tape strips around tight curves instead of forcing one long strip to bend.
- If the squishy feels hard, remove a little stuffing before sealing the final edge.
