Assembly overview

1. Print and measure. Choose color OR coloring. Print all 2 cutting page(s) at 100% / Actual Size. Measure the 50 mm line. Color before cutting. Use 100–160 gsm paper.
2. Keep the opening position. Before cutting, use two small removable tape flags to copy the two ends of O onto the paper edge. O is a 30 mm part of the existing seam, not a hole to cut.
3. Cut both complete pieces. Cut F and B on the outer dark lines only. Keep the complete shape. Part letters and O marks on waste paper are discarded; keep your two temporary flags.
4. Match the blank backs. Place F and B with their blank backs together, pictures outside. Align the full outline. Keep ears and hooves flat; only the central body will receive filling.
5. Tape around, leaving O open. Bridge the outside edge with short clear-tape strips folded over both faces. Overlap the strips. Work around the shape but leave the full O section unsealed. No cuts inside the shape.
6. Add a little soft filling. Through O, gently add small loose pieces of tissue to the central body. Keep ears and hooves flat. Keep tissue out of the seam. Stop while both faces still align without stretching.
7. Seal the whole opening. Remove the two flags. Bring the edges together. Fold overlapping tape strips across both faces along the ENTIRE O section, joining the tape already at each end. Do not just cover the endpoints.
8. Check every seam. Smooth the tape along the full outline. Check that no tissue shows and no edge is open. Let the glue and tape settle; do not add extra filling or a new hole.
9. Finished lamb. The two printed faces form one lightly filled lamb. Ears and hooves stay flat. Squeeze the body gently only. It is not designed to stand on its own.
