English panda assembly guide
Follow the six steps, including curved ear bases and the rear/bottom filling seam. Guide drawings are not cutting templates or to scale.
Assembly overview
- Print both color or both coloring pages at 100%, check the 50 mm square, then cut the six pieces and pre-fold the tabs.
- Fold the ears on both dashed lines. Dry-fit the flexible base and glue only the upper inner faces, keeping the base open.
- Join A to A and B to B with 8 mm overlaps underneath. Curve the wall ring; curve each ear base and glue its underside onto L/R.
- Glue tabs behind the front, then attach the back leaving the three bottom ! tabs open. Fill lightly through that seam, glue the tabs and press the back onto them. Fill only the head, not the ears.
Validation status
Printable Draft. Cut dimensions, the 50 mm scale squares, exports and guide consistency have been checked digitally. No physical print or assembly test is recorded.

Is this a panda donut?
No. This is an animal-shaped panda head with a 100 × 90 × 32 mm body, excluding the ears. The eyes and cheeks are printed artwork, not extra pieces.
How many pages and pieces do I need?
Print two color pages or two coloring pages. Cut six pieces: front, back, two wall strips and two ears. The 44 mm filling seam uses three existing tabs; it is not another part.
Do Letter and A4 keep the same size?
Yes. Letter moves complete parts without reducing their physical size. Choose the PDF matching your paper, print at Actual Size and check the calibration square.
Has it been physically build-tested?
No physical trial is recorded. Digital dimensions, exports and guide checks passed; the release remains a Printable Draft.
