Assembly overview

  1. Choose one template and its paper size. Print at 100%, without Fit to Page. Check that the 50 mm bar measures 50 mm before cutting.
  2. Cut only the solid outer outline, including the notches. Keep every face and tab connected. Do not cut dashed lines.
  3. Fold every dashed line, including K1-K4 and J. C is the bottom; A is the printed top. Keep all panels attached. Keep the artwork outside. Color a coloring sheet before assembly.
  4. Raise E1 and E2 around bottom C. Fold K1-K4 inward, then raise B and D. K tabs sit inside B and D. Keep A open.
  5. Hold each K tab against the inside of B or D. Bridge the corresponding vertical corner with tape on the outside. Repeat all four corners. The whole top stays open.
  6. Add small loose pieces of soft paper or filling through the wide top opening. Fill lightly; leave the corners and top edge clear.
  7. Lower A onto the four walls. Tuck J inside, underneath D. Tape the three free edges of A to the walls. This is the final sealed closure.
  8. Smooth the corners and press the center gently. If the paper strains, lift the taped edge of A, remove some filling and reseal. Do not force it flat.
