Assembly overview

1. Print three cutting pages. Choose color OR coloring. Print all 3 sheets at 100% / Actual Size. Check the 50 mm line. Use 160–200 gsm paper for trucks and wheels; color before cutting.
2. Cut and count 14 pieces. Keep T and B, walls W1/W2, trucks C1/C2 and eight discs R1a–R4b. Eight discs make FOUR wheels. Cut only solid outer outlines; keep every tab. Dashed lines are folds. Solid teal marks only guide alignment; do not cut or crease them.
3. Pre-fold the two walls. Fold the 6 mm top and bottom tabs inward on the dashed roots. Gently curve the middle section between the two guide lines. Keep the straight sections flat. J is an 8 mm overlap, not extra wall length.
4. Join W1 to W2. Apply glue to the PRINTED face of W1’s J flap. Put it BEHIND the blank back of W2’s straight start, stopping exactly at the J boundary. Press the full 8 mm overlap. Leave W2’s J free.
5. Close one complete ring. Curve BOTH connected strips around one deck shape. Glue W2’s printed J flap behind W1’s start, again 8 mm. W1 + W2 make ONE ring. Match the two straight sides and rounded ends of B.
6. Glue the bottom B underneath. Fold the lower tabs inward. Put glue on their LOWER faces. Bring B up from below with the wood print facing down/outside. Align the outline. Press each tab from inside while the top remains open.
7. Secure the lower seam. Let the bottom glue hold. Tape the full outside joint between B and the wall, plus both wall overlaps. Keep the top open. Do not flatten the 10 mm-high wall.
8. Fill the deck lightly. Add loose soft tissue through the open top. Keep it below the upper tabs and away from glue areas. Leave room for the top to lie flat. The trucks are not filled.
9. Attach top T from above. Fold the upper tabs inward. Spread glue on their UPPER faces. Lower T onto the tabs, artwork up. Match the straight and rounded edges and press around the perimeter. T must stay flat.
10. Tape the entire top seam. Once the glue holds, bridge the whole top-to-wall seam with short overlapping clear-tape strips. Check the bottom and both side joins. The deck is straight, with no upturned ends.
11. Fold both truck boxes. For C1 and C2, fold every dashed line inward. Four long panels wrap into a 56 × 10 × 12 mm box. Glue the PRINTED J flap behind the blank back of the first long panel. Keep the end flaps accessible.
12. Close both ends of each truck. Fold the three small tabs around each end face inward. Glue their printed faces inside the surrounding panels, then close and press the end face. Repeat both ends on BOTH boxes. Let dry; do not fill them.
13. Make four double-layer wheels. Glue R1a to R1b with blank backs together. Repeat pairs R2, R3 and R4. Align each Ø20 mm circle and press flat. Eight discs become four fixed wheels, not eight wheels.
14. Attach two wheels per truck. Centre one wheel on each small 10 × 12 mm END face of C1, and repeat for C2. Glue the full contact area. Two boxes plus four wheels make two assemblies. Wheels are fixed; do not pierce or add axles.
15. Attach trucks below the deck. Turn the deck wood side up. Centre each truck’s 56 × 10 mm top face on one marked rectangle; ends project 3 mm each side. Glue and hold until dry. Turn over: four wheels below, artwork above. Display only; no riding or rolling.
