English assembly guide
Follow this six-step guide. Illustrations are not to scale; cut from the template sheets.
Assembly overview
- Print the three color or coloring PDFs on the matching paper at 100%, then check the 50 mm square.
- Cut the outside outlines and fold edge tabs inward. Join matching 1–1 and 2–2 underneath; align F before attaching the upper circle.
- Attach the lower circle but leave the three ! tabs on the rear B edge unglued. Do not cut a slit. Fill lightly, then seal those tabs.
- Seal all three pancakes before stacking. Align the fronts, glue only small center areas, and attach the closed butter net last.
Validation status
Printable Draft. Geometry and exported dimensions have been checked digitally, but no physical print or assembly test has been recorded. Each pancake uses two 95 mm circles and a 16 mm wall; the set has 13 cut pieces. Trial-build one set before group use.

What is included?

Are A4 and Letter the same size?
Yes: 95 mm circles, 16 mm walls and the 50 mm square retain their physical dimensions. A4 cutting pages are portrait; Letter cutting pages are rearranged in landscape, not scaled down. Use the matching paper at Actual Size (100%).
Has this been physically build-tested?
No. This is a Printable Draft with digital geometry/export checks only. Measure the printed square and trial-build one set before group use.
Where do I put the stuffing?
Leave the three ! tabs at the lower edge of rear strip B unglued while attaching the lower circle. Fill through this temporary opening, then seal the tabs. Do not cut an extra hole.
