Assembly overview

1. Before cutting, hold the uncut sheet to a bright window, print facing away. Pencil W01/W02/W03 and every E/M/V on the white backs INSIDE the wall cut outlines beside the matching edges or folds. Mark FRONT/BACK long edges; keep labeled offcuts.
2. Cut 5 separate pieces. F01 front, B01 back, W01/W02/W03 walls. Cut the outer solid outline; keep every tab. Interior stars and nebula lines are artwork: do not cut them.
3. Pre-fold the marked lines. Fold face tabs toward the white side. On walls, M is a convex ridge, ink outside; V is an inward valley, ink facing itself. Follow all 15 marked corners.
4. Join the first two seams. Glue J1 under W02 and J2 under W03. Use all 8 mm of each tab: marked tab meets the next strip's white back. Align both long edges; do not fold the joins.
5. Make ONE star ring. Glue J3 under W01. Shape the 15 corners into one star ring, with five flat tips and five valleys. Printed side outside; white side inside. No separate rings.
6. Attach the smiling front. Match F01 E01-E15 to the FRONT edge, smile down. Glue all 15 tabs against the lower inner wall. Blue shows one tab being pressed; it is not an extra piece. Let glue dry.
7. Attach the back; leave E08. Match B01 E01-E15 to the open BACK edge. Glue tabs inside, except E08: leave this whole 35 mm rear seam open. It is lower-left when looking at the back.
8. Fill gently through E08. Once glue is dry, add small amounts of soft tissue through that back seam. Use a blunt tool gently toward the tips. Keep all five valleys; do not pack tightly.
9. Tape the same seam last. Tuck in the E08 tab. From outside, bridge the back-to-wall seam with short clear tape. Do not reach inside to glue. Press lightly and check all seams.
