Assembly overview

1. Print and measure. Choose color or coloring: 2 cut-out pages in the same paper size. Print at 100%; check the 50 mm bar. Use 80–100 g/m² paper, scissors, ruler, clear tape, paper glue, soft filling and a blunt tool. Color first.
2. Cut eight pieces. Cut L, R, W1, W2 and K1–K4 on the outer contours. Pencil the codes on the blank backs. The windows, doors and wheel-position circles stay intact. L and R are mirrored; use one of each.
3. Fold the wall strips. Crease only the grey dashed lines. Use L as the side-profile reference to fold the hood, windows and roof. Keep each J flat. The strip width makes the 50 mm body width; do not turn a strip sideways.
4. Join at the roof. Put glue on the printed J of W1. Slide it under the starting edge of W2, matching 6 to 6. Overlap by exactly 8 mm up to the J boundary. Printed faces stay outward; press the flat roof joint.
5. Close the body band. Fold the band around L's outline, then glue W2's J under W1 at 1. Match 1→6 along W1 and 6→10→1 along W2. The net perimeter is 284.26 mm. Do not stretch the paper or fold the roof join.
6. Tape on L. Match every number on L to the band's upper edge. Butt the edges together without overlap. Bridge each corner with short clear tape pieces, about 8 mm wide: 4 mm on L and 4 mm on the band. Seal the full L perimeter.
7. Attach R, keep O open. Turn the model over. R's blank back faces inward. Match the numbers and tape the whole R perimeter except the marked 30 mm O on the bottom rear edge. O on R meets O on W2. Do not attach wheels yet.
8. Fill the body lightly. Feed small loose tufts through O. Move them toward the hood and roof with a blunt tool, then withdraw it. Support the joints. Stop before the flat panels bulge; keep glue and filling away from the open edge.
9. Seal the bottom. Bring the two O edges together without overlap. Tape across the complete 30 mm opening and press both sides of the tape. Check the roof join and underside join. The body is now closed, with no removable lid.
10. Prepare the four wheels. Reinforce the printed fronts of K1–K4 with clear tape and trim it to each circle. Keep the blank backs free of tape. Put a thin layer of glue only on the upper half of each blank back. The lower half stays free below the body.
11. Attach fixed wheels. Place K1/K2 on L and K3/K4 on R. Align each centre with a printed cross; the wheel covers its round position mark. Press the upper half onto the body and let the glue set. Each wheel extends 11 mm below the body. No axle is used.
12. Check the finished car. Check four attached wheels, both side seams, both J joints and sealed O. The body is 108 × 50 × 44 mm; total height with wheels is about 55 mm. These flat paper wheels are fixed and do not roll. Press the body gently.
