Assembly overview

  1. Choose one template and its paper size. Print at 100%, without Fit to Page. Check that the 50 mm bar measures 50 mm before cutting.
  2. Cut only the solid outer outline, including the notches. Keep every face and tab connected. Do not cut dashed lines.
  3. Pre-fold every dashed line with a ruler and blunt tool. A and C are wide faces; B and D are narrow. Keep the artwork outside. Color a coloring sheet before assembly.
  4. Wrap A-B-C-D into a tube. Slide J under the free long edge of A, up to the dashed line. The overlap is 8 mm. Hold from inside and tape the outside seam.
  5. At end 1, fold short flaps B1 and D1 inward. Fold broad A1, then C1 over it, with 6 mm overlap. Tape the exposed central seam and its two short beveled tips. Leave end 2 open for filling.
  6. Push small loose pieces of tissue or fiberfill through open end 2. Fill lightly and keep the end-flap area clear. Do not pack the body hard.
  7. At end 2, fold short flaps B2 and D2 inward. Fold broad A2, then C2 over it, with 6 mm overlap. Tape the exposed central seam and its two short beveled tips.
  8. Smooth the corners and press the center lightly. If the paper feels too tight or a seam pulls, reopen end 2, remove some filling and reseal. Do not force the paper flat.
