3D tabs need to meet their matching panels. A printer setting that silently shrinks the page can make the folds and tabs misalign.
No. Standard printer paper stays easier to fold and softer once lightly stuffed. Use short tape strips to strengthen the corners.
Remove some stuffing, press the fold again, and reinforce the corner with two short strips of tape rather than pulling on one long strip.
Once the camera seams stay neat, move to the Retro Arcade template. Its larger cabinet panels are still approachable, but the joystick area and corners reward careful pre-folding.
