  • 80–100 gsm paper, scissors, clear tape and a little soft filling. Print one size at 100%. Copy part letters to the back before cutting. Measure the 50 mm line before cutting. Use either the color or coloring sheets, not both. Cut solid outlines. Fold dashed lines only. Optional: cover the printed side with clear tape before cutting. Edges meet; do not overlap. Bridge each seam with clear tape on the outside. Use short pieces around curves and corners.

Die grundlegende Reihenfolge

  1. STEP 1

80–100 gsm paper, scissors, clear tape and a little soft filling.

  2. STEP 2

Cut the single piece A and pre-fold every dashed line. The long strip contains all four walls. The two large end panels stay attached to the front.

  3. STEP 3

Fold the three vertical wall lines to form a rectangle. Bring the two free long edges together and tape the outside corner. Leave both end panels unfolded.

  4. STEP 4

Swing the bottom panel up against the walls. Tape its three free edges from outside; its fourth edge is the attached fold. Turn the box upright only after the bottom is closed.

  5. STEP 5

Fill through the fully open top. Keep the box walls straight and leave room under the lid. The top panel must close without squeezing the filling.

  6. STEP 6

Fold the top panel onto the three wall rims. Match the corners and tape all three free top edges. No extra lid or hidden back piece is needed.

  7. STEP 7

Press the side seam and all six free end edges. Check that every corner is closed. The finished box is 75 × 32 × 100 mm at 100% print size.
